There are four candidates for the job, two meet the requirements of having a high school diploma, and two do not. The first candidate is Eric, he has experience on the jackhammer but does not have a diploma. The other two candidates meet the requirements of having a diploma; however both have medical conditions that will need to be taken into consideration. This is simply achieved by allowing women the same access and capabilities as men. We are so much closer to achieving equality between men and women than we have ever been before.
